I Love Love... and many other new age cliches: vulnerability, authenticity, allowing, trusting, Being, feeling, dreaming.. Deep meaningful conversations light me up! I don't want to talk about the weather or drama; I want to know what excites you and drives you, what sets your soul on fire! I want to know your deepest fears and hardest struggles. Let's keep it raw and real! I find myself in nature: amidst the trees and animal sounds. It liberates me and soothes my soul. Water is my element. I love travel, adventure, new experiences, and to experiment. To experience life through all the senses. I love dancing, playing, being silly. and absolutely neeeeeed to disconnect from technology from time to time. I love moving my body: walking, dancing, yogaing. I love creating just for the sake of it, without goal or objective. I love problem solving and being practical too, solving puzzles! I love learning, expanding my knowledge. I am here to teach and to learn.
Sometimes I get too serious and ambitious, but sooner or later I remember to slow down and take it easy. #LifeIsForLiving right? I Love feeling good in my body; eating healthy but freely too, I love my ice-cream just as much as the next person, but vegan ice-cream excites me like nothing else! I love lazy days but not too many or I feel dissatisfied. Bringing experimentation, exploration and curiosity into daily life is so important to me. I like to explore my capacity and new experiences, I want to try it all. Still I love my comforts, yet I find comfort in change in nature.
I’ve been through my own journey, and each day is a new page. I used to cut myself and struggled with eating disorders, primary bulimia but also with obsessive tendencies towards fad diets.
I have a love hate relationship with the internet & social media. I'm addicted to travel & change - it's how I grew up. Chocolate.. is my drug of choice. I find graveyards soothing- the recognition that one day we're all going to die, and so many others have been through this before. Sometimes I like to talk about myself in third person, it's not a conscious thing, but maybe it allows me to dettach from myself a little bit, to let go of the ego, the need to defend myself, and allows me to be honest.
What about you?
I don't want to hear the pretty dressed up version of your life, I want the real one, the messy ones. I don't want to hear about the perfect you, I want to hear about your fuck ups and your struggles. What makes you tick. What pisses you off? What you can't stand? What you want to change? What excites you and motivates you? and what drives you crazy? What inspires you and sets your soul on fire! What drives you to Be & Do as you do.
