It's easy to become mildly obsessed about or physical appearance, it's easy to fall into the trap of being overly controlling or judgmental about we do and don't eat. Maybe you keep trying different diets, but sooner or later you come off them and find yourself back at square one. Or maybe the diets work but even so you find yourself resenting the body you live in - it's never enough. Maybe food and your body has taken over your life and it's all you think about. Or maybe you find your dietary restrictions are impacting your social life. Maybe it's just on a small scale, or a maybe it's more regular, but ultimately life is for living, and not for worrying about how we look and what we eat all the time.
The vast majority of us have some sort of misconstrued perception of our body, and a strange relationship with food. It's normal, but it's not sustainable.
