Life gets pretty crazy sometimes, doesn't it?
Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful planet, and we are so lucky to live here. Yet there are moments where everything just gets to be a bit too much, our thoughts take over and even how to get through the day can seem almost impossible.
Sometimes it's the big things like what to do with your life? Other times it can be as simple as having that awkward conversation with your partner or friend. Ultimately it's finding that sweet balance between work, health, social, and family, and sometimes it seems like there just aren't enough hours in the day!
On top of all that there's the crazy rollercoaster ride of emotions, the ones that bubble up in explosions (in totally inappropriate situations! or in the solitude of our room); there's the frustration and exasperation, the not knowing how to cope, the overwhelm, the loneliness and the notion that there might be something inherently wrong with us, with a nice dose of anxiety to top it off. Maybe it's on a regular basis, and maybe it's occasional, but it's very real, no matter how crazy you might think you are.
