A FREE 1 week course to support you in feeling a little less anxious, a lot more calm, and a hell of alot less crazy!
There’s a lot happening at the moment: a lot of change, and a lot of uncertainty; and although the outside world is beyond our control, we can learn to manage our inner world. To reduce our anxiety levels in both frequency and intensity is something easy we ought to be taught in school, yet we’re not, and so we teach ourselves.
The course includes: - Daily 15-20 minute practice to get you out of your head and into your body (mindfulness, meditation, movement, breathwork) - Easy lifestyle changes to reduce anxiety - Daily inspiration, resources, and information - Tips to help you get out of your head and back to reality - Soul soothing music. - One-to-one support
Designed to be as accessible as possible and suitable for both those with zero experience in meditation & mindfulness, and for those who already practice.
This is for you if: - You experience anxiety regularly or just occasionally - You are ready to take responsibility for your mental wellbeing - You are tired of feeling powerless (like a slave to your mind) - You're tired of spiralling out and overthinking even the smallest things - You're tired of sleepless nights, tossing and turning, and spending hours trying to fall asleep - You feel permanently exhausted/hight strung - You find the uncertainty of life extremely daunting - You would like to press pause on your thoughts - You are curious about mindfulness and meditation - You think you can't meditate
I offer this course freely as I strongly believe these are tools and skills we should all have access to, especially in these times. However, there is an option to make a donation at the end of the course for those who wish.
